Key-Rite Security Aquired by ADT Commercial
Acquisition facilitated by Kelly Bond of Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Goup     

May 12, 2022 , Long Grove, IL – Key-Rite Security, Denver, CO, has been acquired by ADT Commercial, of Boca Raton, FL, a premier provider of commercial security, fire, life safety and risk consulting services in the U.S.

Key-Rite is an industry leader providing design, installation and service for electronic and physical security. Since 1975, Key-Rite Security has been a locally owned and operated security provider specializing in access control, surveillance, intrusion, and intercom systems for a wide range of commercial environments in the state of Colorado and for customers across the U.S.
